This training program has been designed to take you through a series of 3 different training phases to get the absolute best out of you in terms of your body limitations and your physique.
I have devised 3 phases of training that will help improve your:
- Mobility (flexibility, balance & posture)
- Strength & Power (rotational speed)
- And physically how you look
I have combined my knowledge on the requirements of the physical demands of a golf swing with that of what is needed to make a body transformation.

If you can’t do a particular exercise for any reason then you must let me know so that I can give you a suitable alternative. Please also listen to the training tips on the videos as these will help you execute the movement effectively.
We will be using a variety of different exercises, reps, sets, rest periods generally in a superset fashion. These are all known as training variables which are described in more detail below.
You will use a combination of free weights, machines and cardio equipment working both uni or bi laterally depending on the goal of the exercise.
Each training phase will last 4 weeks and will get progressively harder and more challenging to keep you on your toes and to keep the body adapting.
