Golf fitness expert Olly Foster offers both amateur and professional golfers a chance to sample new ways to improve their game off the course in a special new instruction show, screening on Sky Sports from this December.
With exercise and nutrition often an overlooked area of the sport, Sky Sports has teamed up with Golf Fit by Olly – a golf-specific fitness and nutrition training platform – to walk you through simple routines, workouts and tips that have the power to enhance your game in a variety of ways on “The Golf Fitness Show”.
Olly Foster, golf fitness guru and the face of Golf Fit by Olly, runs through a whole host of drills and guidelines that can be applied to your pre-round plans, with the 30-minute programme split into several bitesize chunks. The Golf Fitness Show covers topics including mobility and flexibility; strength and power; how to warm up efficiently before you play; and optimal golf nutrition – both on and off the course.

From quickfire warm-up techniques, to ways to boost your strength and power off the tee, the show demonstrates just how beneficial effective fitness and nutrition can be when playing golf.
As well as looking at some easy stretches that can increase your mobility and flexibility on the course, Olly covers the dos and don’ts of food and drinks consumed both before and during your round.
The Golf Fitness Show makes its debut on Sky Sports Golf channel in December, with the programme scheduled to air regularly over the coming weeks.
