3 kettlebell exercises you can do to help improve your game.

Taken from my Golf Fit by Olly program, these are a nice little taster to show you what a truly effective golf fitness program can do to help improve both your game and physique.

 

Kb lateral bounds – a great exercise to help improve lateral ground force power whilst disassociating the upper and lower body.

Aim to do 3 sets of 20 reps total. 45-60 seconds rest between sets.

 

Kb Swings – again another exercise which can help improve ground force power, which is necessary when looking to hit the ball further.  This will also help strengthen the glutes, hamstrings and the lower back.

Aim to do 3 sets of 20 reps. 45-60 seconds rest between sets.

 

One arm one leg KB bottoms up Shoulder Press – much harder than it looks this exercise will challenge your balance skills improving both stability and mobility, whilst improving your shoulder joint, wrist joint and grip strength. All key factors in the golf swing.

Aim to do 3 sets of 10 reps per side with a 30 sec rest between sides.
