Can I do this workout at home or must I use a gym?
The training program for the 12 week plan has been pre-designed based on the majority of body limitations I see in amateur golfers by using a 15 point bio mechanical screening protocol.
The program consists of 3 phases each one lasting 4 weeks. Each phase consists of 4 weight training sessions and 1 cardio session, which have been developed to get the absolute best out of you in a gym environment.
I’m afraid this means it can’t be done at home unless you have an extensive home gym set up. However, I am able to design bespoke programs to suit the equipment you have at home for an additional charge. Please enquire for more information.
